Join us on October 31, 7:00 pm – 9:00 pm for a special evening forest bathing in the on the grounds of the US National Arboretum! Legend has it that Halloween is when the veils between the human world and the spirit world are the thinnest. Halloween comes from the Celtic tradition of Samhain — pronounced “sow-when”, relating to summers’ end — when people would gather together to mark the end of the harvest season and welcome in the gifts of the darker part of the year. Halloween honors crossroads: community and solitude, life and death, dark and light, human and nature, living and ancestor, past and future all held in presence.  For tickets go to:
